DC Switchboard

We are design and fabricated DC switchboard. From 24VDC, 11VDC,220VDC, 350VDC,UP TO 950VDC, maximum 2000A.

Battery Charger

Charging battery Up to DC 950V 2000A, Charging voltage can be select 150V~500V, 400V~950V. Charging current can be select from 2000A to 50A and follow the curve automatic stop after charge properly. DC power Supply have 110VDC, 220VDC, 350VDC,maximum 950VDC 2000A.

AC switchboard

We are design and make Marine AC switchboard. Maximum voltage AC690V, 50/60Hz, up to 6000A. can be issue marine certificated.

PLC Control

We make Alarm Monitoring System, Integrate Control System. Purified fuel control System, some as PLC control panel.

We program Siemens PLC &HMI, Mitsubishi PLC & HMI, Wago PLC & HMI, Omron PLC & HMI.

Power Management System

AC input: 380~690VAC 3Phase 50/60Hz, DC output: 0 - 950VDC, 0-2000A, THD<5%.

Load Bank

2000KW Load bank, AC 690V 50/60Hz, 2000A. DC 1000V, 2000A. Current adjust minimum 5A.

Flushing/cleaning

Flushing/cleaning of the cooling water system inside the frequency drive has shown to be very effective if the drive has been affected by fouling over the years, or if the cooling fresh water has been very dirty. After years of operation the pipes and cooling flanges can be exposed of fouling, this will lead to reduced cooling effect and pore heat transfer from the drive. It will also lead to lower flow through the cooling system, this will also reduce the cooling effect.

The fouling will not disappear by replacing cooling water to clean water.

The fouling after years of operation is also the worst dirt to remove, minimum of flushing time of each cabinet is approximately 2 hours to remove the fouling, sometimes longer flushing is needed.
